CHENNAI: The final year college students turning to the city after celebrating his birthday party at a hotel at Kovalam on Wed died because the automotive during which he was travel with others slipped on geographical region Road near Kanathur and rammed into an electrical transformer on the wayside.
6 persons, all undergraduates in numerous colleges in the city, had gone to the resort on Wednesday night to celebrate their friend Vigneshwaran’s birthday, which fell on Thursday, police said. “Around 11.30 within the night, they were headed to the city and moving close to Kanathur when the driver lost management of the car while taking a pointy flip. The car hit the transformer and Vigneshwaran sustained head injuries and died on the spot,” mention Inspector Shobana connected to traffic investigation wing.
